We grow and sell "Kinumusume" rice.
"Kinumusume", bred to suit the soils and climate of Okayama, has received the Japanese Grain and Cereal Testing Association’s highest rating of "A+".
It is a delicious rice grown with all our heart and soul.
The rice is white and has a beautiful grain. It is highly regarded as a sticky, fluffy and delicious rice that is comparable in flavor to Koshihikari but a little lighter. If you want some really good rice, please give it a try!
Of course, we don't use any herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers. This item is 'Genmai' (unpolished rice). Polished white rice is also available. Check back in the store for '白米'.

もちろん、除草剤、農薬、化学肥料は一切使用していません。
精米/玄米どちらでもご用意できます。
