Nestled amongst the rice paddies in the foothills of the Chugoku mountain range, グイビの森, our small but intensively farmed homestead and food forest combines permaculture and Japanese natural farming
methods to grow rice, fruit, nuts and vegetables without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We believe that an abundant and sustainable environment is both necessary for future generations and achievable now.




岡山県勝央町、中国山麓のふもとにある小さな農園、グイビの森。
ここは自然豊かな緑に囲まれた森の中、田んぼや畑や住んでるお家も全てが繋がった環境の中で、パーマカルチャーと日本の自然農法の概念のもと、除草剤、農薬、化学肥料を一切使わず、お米、野菜、果物、木の実などを育てています。
できるだけ地球を壊さないこと、自然とつながって循環する仕組み、これらの豊かで持続可能な環境は、未来の世代（未来の子供達）に必ず必要なものであると考えています。

草や花、風の匂い、季節の移ろい、森羅万象を肌に感じながら、この暮らしの営みに寄り添い、伝えていく大切なものを守りたい。もう少し長く地球に住んでいられるように願いを込めて、そんな思いで、いまが旬の安心・美味しい野菜を育てています。
